SUBSTANCE: device is oak stave barrel with drain cock and check valve installed in barrel bottom. Hole is made in central part of barrel side through which expanding member made of food polyethylene is fitted inside the barrel. This member can expand to volume of barrel when acted upon by atmospheric air or external gas source. Width of barrel stave in which hole is made is not less than 1.2D where D is diameter of hole. Expanding member is made in form of preliminarily rolled up cylindrical pack of length corresponding to distance between barrel top and bottom and volume 10-15% greater than that of barrel. Expanding member is made of food polyethylene, thickness not less than 80 μm.
