FIELD: electroplating processes and equipment, possibly application of corrosion resistant laminate coatings on surfaces of steel parts used in chemical electric current sources.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing surface of articles for electroplating; at preparation stage and before each cycle of electroplating performing in addition cathode-anode treatment of articles in aqueous solution of H2SO4 (20%); applying first layer from nickel plating electrolyte containing, g/l: NiSO4 x 7H2O, 140 - 250; Na2SO4 x 10 H2O, 50 - 100; MgSO4 x 7H2O, 10 - 20; H3BO3, 25 - 35; NaCl, 10 - 20; at electric current density D = 2 A/dm2, t = 25°C. Second layer is applied from copper plating electrolyte containing, g/l: CuSO4, 250 -300;H2SO4, 50-75; C2H5OH, 5 - 10, at electric current density D = 1 - 2 A/dm2, t = 25°C. Third layer is applied from above mentioned nickel plating electrolyte for further drying of articles at 80 -100°C.
EFFECT: improved quality of protection coating, enhanced electric parameters of such coating in medium of melt of carbonate compounds in chemical current sources structure.
