FIELD: mechanical engineering; gyrator mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: proposed gyrator engine has body, end face cover, stator made in form of internal cylindrical gear, rotor made in form of external gear with smaller number of teeth arranged inside stator, distributor and mechanism transforming rotational vibratory motion into of rotor into rotation of shaft. Placed between distributor and shaft is device converting rotation of shaft into rotational vibratory motion of distributor synchronous to motion of rotor and including radial axially symmetrical projection with rounded off angles on shaft getting for displacement along layer axis into mating central rectangular hole of distributor installed inside gear in form of ring rack with internal rounded off teeth whose number is equal to number of stator teeth. Though ring channel is made form side of distributor end face take in and discharge working medium and provided with longitudinal partitions whose number corresponds to number of working chamber, and width of channel corresponds to height of rack teeth. Rounded off teeth are made on side surface of distributor arranged diametrically opposite along line of larger axis of its hole and engaging with teeth of rack. Line of teeth is square to diameter passing simultaneously through axes of stator and rotor of engine.
EFFECT: increased power, improved sealing, reduced vibrations.
