FIELD: power plant engineering; power plants for stationary installations and for transport. SUBSTANCE: rotary engine has several stators and rotors with common operating shaft, combustion chamber, fuel nozzle and spark plug, steam (air) chamber with tubes arranged in exhaust pipe and delivering steam (air) of high parameters, door with axle of rotation and lever, compressed air, fuel and steam delivery valves, rotor temperature and position pickups. Each rotor has bushing and radiator plates connecting its rim with operating shaft. Cylindrical surface of rotor slides along inner circular cylindrical surface of stator. Stator door slides along cylindrical surface of rotor by its spring. Surfaces of stator, rotor, door, combustion chamber and steam chamber are provided with heat insulating coating. In one design version, door vibratory motion mechanism is made in the form of connecting rod connected by high joints with door lever and with rotor shaft crank, and in other design version, in the form of template connected through gears with rotor shaft.
