FIELD: valving systems.

SUBSTANCE: valve comprises housing provided with inlet and outlet openings that are axially aligned. The seat of the valve is provided conical sealing surface and is mounted in the vicinity of the outlet opening. The valve has a valving member made of a segment with the sealing surface. The valving member is mounted within the housing with an eccentricity to the plane of sealing and the axis of the sealing surface of the seat. The valve is provided with rotating drive and the second segment. The second segment is mounted inside the housing with an eccentricity to the plane of sealing of the second segment and the axis of the conical sealing surface of the second seat mounted at the outlet opening. The segments are kinematically interconnected. The eccentricities of the axes of the first and second segments are located in a single plane.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and reduced sizes and weight.
