SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, scanning of area with movement sensor is replaced by scanning of narrow measuring track by running over it with movement sensor with simultaneous rotation around its axis, orthogonal scanning surface, making it possible to conduct identification of working point across whole area of display screen through cursor.
EFFECT: reduced height and width of computer course recorded, most efficient in pocket computers, use of the device makes it possible to avoid sensor screens with control through a stylus and to use common screens, such as LCD display with cursor control through movement sensor, reducing manufacturing costs and cardinally charging the situation in the area due to growth of popularity of pocket computers, because the invention imparts lacking properties onto them, such as simple handling, comfort of operation and consistency as a device.
