FIELD: phone communications, possible use for ensuring communication between clients of dispatching communication networks at various industries, establishments and institutions.
SUBSTANCE: claimed system features new blocks and devices: at central and base stations - two control panels and two ultra short-wave radio stations, and also structured (modular) design of commutation blocks of central and base stations, and also communication panels of client stations, expanded functional capabilities of sets of client and connecting lines, communication channels, and also changes connections between known blocks.
EFFECT: increased quality of service provided to clients and ensured reliable interaction with existing phone communication networks with simultaneously reduced mass and size characteristics.
