FIELD: medicine, endocrinology, diabetology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with predicting the flow of the disease at high risk of early development of microvascular complications in patients at type I diabetes. It is necessary to carry out clinical survey of a patient to detect biochemical blood values, establish prognostic risk factors (RF): age, the level of antioxidative activity, the content of crude lipids, the concentration of diene conjugates; and prognostic values of risk factors F1, F2, F3 and F4 should be determined by the formulas. And at F1 > F2, F3, F4 or F2 > F1, F3, F4 one should predict high risk for early development of microvascular complications. At F3 > F1, F2, F4 or F4 > F1, F3, F2 one should predict the development of microvascular complications that correspond to disease duration.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
