SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to detect clinico-roentgenological values, establish the prognostic index. Additionally, one should detect the risk factors, establish their gradations and digits: a1 - sex; a2 - age (yr), a3 - the number of agents of infectious process; a4 - the stage of inflammatory process; a5 - localization of pathological process in bony tissue; a6 - the value of segment's lesion according to length; a7 - the type of surgical therapy of bony tissue; a8 - the type of operation upon soft tissues; a9 - accompanying diseases; a10 - the number of signs of immunological failure - infectious, allergic, autoimmune, tumoral syndromes, hereditary degree, associated syndromes - in an anamnesis; a11 - absolute quantity of lymphocytes (*109/l); a12 - absolute quantity of T-cells; CD2+CD19 - lymphocytes (*109/l); a13 - stress-adaptive reaction expressed with the number of signs of tension; a14 - the level of serumal immunoglobulin G (IgG) g/l; a15 - the level of serumal immunoglobulin A (IgA) g/l. One should detect prognostic coefficients as F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6,F7, F8 and F9. And at F6>F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F7, F9 in patients without purulent complications or F9>F1,F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8 in patients with purulent complications one should establish favorable result of disease prediction. At F4>F1, F2, F3, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9 in patients with no purulent complications or F7>F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F8, F9 in patients with purulent complications it has been predicted the disorder of reparative processes. Moreover, if at F5>F1, F2, F3, F4, F6, F7, F8, F9 in patients without purulent complications or F8>F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F9 in patients with purulent complications one should predict the development of false joint, and at F2>F1, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9 in patients without purulent complications and in patients with purulent complications it is possible to predict the risk for the development of pathological fracture/refracture.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of prediction.
