FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurology. Risk factors from patient anamnesis and clinical-laboratory indicators are determined: age, dyslipidemia, characteristic to system lupus erythematosus affection of brachiocephalic arteries, low physical activity, neurosis, vertebrogenous pathology, anemia, obstetric history, excess body weight by Quetelet index. Their gradations and numerical values, by which by means of value formulas prediction coefficients F1 F2 are determined. If F1 is higher than F2 high risk is predicted, and if F1 is lower than F2, low risk of discirculatory encephalopathy development in women, affected by systemic lupus erythematosus, who do not have clinical manifestations of brain vascular pathology, is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency and purposefulness of preventive and treating procedures in groups of patients with high risk.
