SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with removing cicatricial defects of different localization, particularly those upon two forearms. In the present method that deals with developing the fragment with two pedicles connected with maternal bed, migration of one pedicle towards the defect, its adaptation and fragment's spreading upon the defect it has been suggested to form transversely an arch-shaped fragment at its length : width ratio being 6:1, not less in area of the lower third of anterior abdominal wall of the stomach, being about 2-3 cm below the navel; migration of pedicles should be fulfilled towards proximal parts of the defects, and after adaptation of pedicles it is necessary to cut the fragment in halves to spread each half upon the defects that provides the chance to fulfill simultaneous plasty of two defects upon two limbs that considerably shortens the terms of therapy.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
