FIELD: microbiology.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sampling of native material, sample seeding on selective nutrient medium without dilution not later than 2 h after sampling; lactobacterium growing and pure culture isolation. Repeated passage is carried out. Obtained pure lactobacterium culture is grown in selective liquid medium followed by addition of conserving agent such as sucrose-gelatin medium in ratio of 1:1 and controlling of obtained liquid biomass.

EFFECT: biomass of improved quality with affined antigen structure to consumer enteric cells.
