SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely to production of bio-preparations - probiotics. Method provides recovery of bifidus bacteria and lactic acid bacilli from host excrements. At that, after extraction of isolated colonies of bifidus bacteria and lactic acid bacilli they are reinoculated into liquid storage nutrient mediums and introduced biomass of bacteria of genus bacillus in amount of 1×108-1×1010 live cells per 1.0 l of nutrient medium.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain auto probiotic with high physiological activity.
