FIELD: medicinal equipment.

SUBSTANCE: needle free injection device has lower part, which has ampoule filled with reagent, and top part providing energy required for injection. Top part has energy accumulation member, namely, at least one starting member and at least one additional member; both members are capable of resiliency. Device has lock retaining energy accumulation members in compressed state and lock's trigger members of lock. Section of tube of lower part with external thread is made for come entrance into top part and it comes into internal thread at bottom of adjacent part top part to provide fastening of lower part to top part by thread connection and mutual telescopic disposition for movement at rotation of thread member. Energy accumulation members are driven into compressed state in turn. At least one starting member is capable of accumulating of 60% minimal and preferably of 80-90% of total energy of discharge with reversible resiliency of 25% maximal, practically of 15-20% of internal length of ampoule. Starting member has to be bundle of polyurethane springs placed into device in separate case. It touches member at extension, which member transmits force of extension. Actually it touches lock mechanism due to crossbar, which doesn't have contact with other energy accumulating members, namely with at least one additional member. Device provides reliable separation of stroke stage in first moment of stroke from moderate continuous injection of reagent.

EFFECT: improved reliability' reduced traumatism.
