FIELD: mechanical engineering; cleaning facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed fluid medium cleaning device contains at least one cleaning zone 2 arranged in vertically installed column 1 and device 3 arranged in cleaning zone to direct fluid medium to cleaning zone 2. Device 3 to direct fluid medium has row of coaxially arranged ring-shaped guides 9A - 9E. Each guide passes along curved line from cutoff part 11A - 11E having mainly axially directed front edge 15A - 15E and deflecting part 12A - 12E with rear edge 16A - 16E passing radially outwards. Central axis A of device 3 is parallel to vertically arranged axis of cleaning zone 2. Invention relates also to use of device for introduction of fluid medium. As a result, fluid medium including mixture of liquid and gas can be delivered into cleaning zone at reduced disturbance of flow structure.
EFFECT: improved cleaning of fluid medium.
