FIELD: mining, particularly joint connections in hydraulic posts and cylinders used in underground mining.
SUBSTANCE: joint connection for functional parts of hydraulic or pneumatic power devices having the first part including outer wall section and the second part including inner wall section is carried out by functional part attachment one to another so that wall sections are mutually overlapped and connected with each other. Both wall sections include depressions, which define cavity after wall section connection. The cavity is filled with fluid mold mass of polymeric material, which is plasticized by heating. After mold mass hardening or solidification the mold mass may withstand shear stress load of at least 20 N/mm2 and provides both sections connection with form closure. The sections may be separated after polymeric material heating and plasticization. One section includes mold mass inlet orifice, which is communicated with corresponding depression through filling channel. The depressions have bottom areas increasing to said wall sections, which are arranged so that right angle is created in-between. Angle of long section inclination to wall section is equal to 25°-35°.
EFFECT: decreased time of assemblage, elimination of negative influence on material structure and increased air-tightness of joint between functional parts.
