SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing shaped part (1) with circular cross section, such as screw, nut, coupling part, plug for pipes, fitting of parts of this kind, wherein shaped part (1) has main part (2), having shape of hollow cylinder, in inner channel (3) of which intended to receive insert (4) with seal, in axial direction (X-X) one after another sections (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, AZ) with different functions are located, namely for accommodation of seal ring (5, 6), for direct or indirect attachment and/or locking of insert (4) and/or for support and/or direction of insert (4), wherein main part (2) has at least inner thread and/or outer thread (10), wherein plasticized polymer mixture containing fibres (F), at least through one hole for injection of molding tool injects into molding tool cavity, after hardening of polymer mass shaped part (1) is removed from molding tool.
EFFECT: in order to reliably at simple feasibility of the process of making formed parts increase, in particular, resistance to twisting or tensile strength, it is proposed to injection in cavity in radial direction from internal channel (3) to outside at section (A1, A2, A3, A5, A7, A8) or in the area (14, 15) of section, (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, AZ), which does not serve to accommodate seal ring (5, 6) or to secure and/or lock insert (4).
