FIELD: analysis of concentration of components of solutions.
SUBSTANCE: according to described method, one side of special dish, which dish is capable of regular changing of thickness of measured volume of matter for small value is illuminated with light. Dish with tested solution has i-component. Light varies spectrally in wide range, as minimum as fixation at i+1 monochromatic components. Photoreceiving unit is installed at opposite side of tested object; photoreceiving unit measures minimal and maximal value of light flux for different monochromatic components of light at moment of initial state and compression of dish. Concentration of components of blood is found from i+1 set of equations. Spectral analysis of matter, which strongly dissipates light, can be performed by using one measurement channel. Absolute value of concentration of blood components of human being can be determined by non-invasive method.
EFFECT: improved precision of measurement.
