FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention claims method of defining blood component concentration, involving application of optic radiation with i monochromatic spectral components onto surface of pulsing medium with i components to be determined, and signal is measured by maximum and minimum optic signal component ratio for each monochromatic component at the moment of medium pulsation. Target result is determined by solving a system of i-1 equations. Thickness of measured object is changed compulsory during measurement, and light flow is measured for each spectral component both at thickness change moments and minimal and maximal pressure moments during pulsation. Invention claims device for defining blood component concentration, including a clip, light source with adjustable spectre, photo receiving device, and additionally controlled pressure unit, object thickness gauge and control device are used.
EFFECT: possibility of non-invasive defining absolute concentration of human blood components without damaging skin.
