FIELD: instrument engineering; measuring technique; informatics; electro-optic devices.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used for detection of air objects by their thermal radiation and detection of laser radiation of on-ground objects. Circular view electro-optic device has IR-radiation receiving unit, laser radiation receiving unit and information signal forming electronic unit. IR-radiation receiving unit has scanner, collector and commutator. Scanner is made for rotation in azimuthal plane by means of drive, having angle detector. It has three identical measuring IR-channels. Any channel has objective, flat mirror, photoreceiving unit and signal processing unit. Axes of mentioned objects are uniformly turned in azimuthal plane and are inclined to it along vertical at different angles. Laser radiation receiving unit has optical unit, which has component made panoramic, photoreceiving unit made in form of sector-ring multiple area structure, and laser radiation availability signal former which orients it in azimuthal plane.
