FIELD: physics, optics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical-navigation all-around view systems allowing the ground, water surface and air target detection, tracking and coordinate processing as well as guiding the weapons to the said targets. In compliance with this invention, the proposed system comprises an optical-electronic unit designed to scan the space and incorporating N optical-electronic channels with their lenses uniformly distributed in azimuthal plane on the circle with the optical axes located radially. The field of view of the said lenses covers the scanned space in azimuthal plane with no skips. The system additionally comprises an optical-electronic channel of the space mechanical scanning with its lens optical axis passing perpendicular to azimuthal plane to cross the center of circle whereon the electronic scanning optical-electronic channel lenses are located. The mechanical scanning optical-electronic channel incorporates a rotary mirror located on the lens optical axis at an angle to the latter, with respect to both the location azimuth and angle. The electronic scanning optical-electronic channel lenses represent wide field of view lenses, while those of mechanical scanning channel represent narrow field of view lenses.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of determination of target azimuthal and location angle coordinates from its image on display screen.
