FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as device for amplification of analogue signals, in structure of analogue microchips of various functional purpose (for instance, operational amplifiers (OA)). Cascode differential amplifier (CDA) comprises the first (1) and second (2) input transistors (T), bases of which are connected to shift voltage source (SVS) (3), the first (4) and second (5) current-stabilising dipoles connected to according first (6) and second (7) inlets of CDA and emitters T (1) and T (2), the first (8) and second (9) dipoles of load connected to collectors of according T (1) and T (2), and also bases of the first (10) and second (11) output T, outlet summator of currents (12), the first (13) and second (14) inputs of which are connected to collectors T (10) and T (11). The circuit comprises the first to sixth (15-20), additional T, the third (21) current-stabilising dipole, and also first (22) and second (23) auxiliary p-n transitions, besides the first (6) inlet of CDA is connected to emitter T (1) via the first (22) additional p-n transition, the second (7) input of CDA is connected to emitter T (2) via the second (23) additional p-n transition, base T (15) is connected to collector T (1), base T (16) is connected to collector T (2), collector T (15) is connected to emitter T (18), collector T (16) is connected to emitter T (17), base T (17) is connected to emitter T (1), base T (18) is connected to emitter T (2), collector T (17) is connected to emitter T (19), base T (19) is connected to the first input (6) of CDA, base T (20) is connected to the second (7) input of CDA, collectors T (19) and T (20) are combined and connected to common point of the first (4), second (5) and third (21) current-stabilising dipoles, and free outlet of the third current-stabilising dipole (21) is connected to bus of supply source (22).
EFFECT: improved amplification ratio by voltage with preservation of high stability of static mode in cascode differential amplifier.
