FIELD: technique for heating liquid in automatic beverage machine.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pipe or flat base adapted for flowing of liquid through said pipe or flat base for heating of said liquid, first individual resistor R1 disposed at pipe or flat base portion for heating liquid to first temperature, set of at least two resistors R2, R3, said set being positioned on portion of pipe or flat base for heating liquid from said first temperature to desired final temperature. Resistors R2, R3 may be electrically connected so that one resistor R2 may be connected to power source individually or in series through one or more resistors (R3) of said set of resistors. First individual resistor R1 may be connected to power source individually or in parallel with one resistor (R2) of said set of resistors or in parallel with resistors (R2, R3) connected in series.
EFFECT: increased precision in regulating temperature of liquid and provision for maximum transfer of energy to liquid flow.
