FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves bringing crossed wires through iliac bone and fixing them on rest member. Intra-osseous rod is brought through supra-acetabular region of iliac bone wing and fixed on the rest member. One of the wires is introduced into anteroinferior spine of the iliac bone wing with wire exit through posterosuperior. The wires are fixed on the rest member by means of wire-fasteners and external bracket. The rod is fixed on the rest member by means of the external bracket and nuts.
EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications; rigid and stable fixation conditions.
