FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.
SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder made of porous titanium nikelide and titanium rod passing along longitudinal axis of cylinder and protruding with its sharpened ends outside edge surfaces of cylinder. Device is also provided with bone screws, titanium on-bone plate, and two stud-bolts and with two bushings for stud-bolts. Bushings have thread onto internal surface and they are placed in cylinder, made of porous titanium nikelide, onto titanium rod in perpendicular one above other. U-shaped on-bone plate is provided with two central openings disposed along longitudinal axis, two openings at lower and two openings at top part for bone screws, disposed to have shift at longitudinal direction being equal to diameter of openings. Stud-bolts have protruding profile for key in central part; key divides stud-bolt to two parts. One parts intends for beings screwed in mentioned bushing and the other one for letting mentioned plate go through central opening and screwing nut in.
EFFECT: prevention of kyphotic and scoliotic deformation of operated segment of spinal column.
