FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drugs and concerns rapidly resolving tablets for oral administration. Tablet comprises at least 59.5% of mannitol dried by spraying; active component taken in the amount 10% or less; microcrystalline cellulose in the amount 10-18% with average size of particles 50 mcm wherein at least 99 wt.-% of microcrystalline cellulose shows size of particles 250 mcm; 1-4% of sodium croscarmelose, and 0.5-2% of lubricant and wherein percents are given by mass to the total mass of tablet. Also, invention proposes a method for preparing tablet including sieving and mixing components with exception for lubricant, mixing all components and direct pressing the final mixture. Tablet possesses less resolution time, improved taste and enhanced mechanical strength.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable pharmaceutical properties of tablet.
