FIELD: invention refers to milling of materials.
SUBSTANCE: it may be used in processes of dispersing of heterogeneous and homogeneous suspensions, in processes of crushing and activation of different materials in liquid medium and also for heating liquids. Milling-disperser has body inside which there is concentrically located hollow stator and rotor with radial slots. Cavity of rotor has input part formed with input axial socket, output part with mentioned radial slots limited from one side by end-butt wall of rotor and ring middle part. End-butt wall of rotor in zone of ring middle part of cavity of rotor has ring depression, whose surface conjugates surface of central wall of ring middle cavity of rotor with surface of end-butt wall in zone of output part of cavity of rotor. Ring depression has depth deeper then has geometrical surface having an axial cross-section arc of circumference of 90o and conjugating the same surfaces. Technical result is in increasing of intensification of dispersion, milling, crushing, extraction and mass exchange reactions due to increase of hydraulic impact, tuning on destructive resonance, hydraulic and acoustic cavitation.
EFFECT: increases intensity of dispersion.
