SUBSTANCE: rotary mixer-disperser has working member which consists of rotor and stator mounted concentrically; vertical shaft of rotor is kinematically linked with rotation driven; device is also provided with loading and unloading branch pipes; reservoir and rotation drive are arranged on bedframe; working member is located in housing which consists of upper, middle and lower parts; middle part of housing is made in form of volute fitted with unloading branch pipe connected with pipe line whose upper end is located above reservoir having outlet opening; it is connected with loading branch pipe of upper part of housing via tap fitted with bypass cock; stator is rigidly mounted in working member in grooves of upper and lower parts of housing; sectional rotor is provided with ring and flange rigidly connected with vertical shaft; ring and flange are rigidly connected by means of scoop-type blades located at equal distance over outer diameter of rotor; stator is made in form of second ring with slots equidistant over entire circumference; strips between slots perform function of baffle blades; their lateral surfaces are curvilinear in shape; upper and lower surfaces of second ring are provided with trapezoidal projections.
