FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: field of invention are apparatuses for carrying out catalytic processes in fixed catalyst bed for use in petrochemical and petroleum processing industries. Radial reactor case incorporates central perforated tube, perforated grooves disposed on side surfaces of case with one of their ends closed and the other communicating by means of calibrated delivery washers and tube cross-flows with temperature compensators. Collector is made as cylindrical or conical vessel with its one end closed and provided with support table and the other being tightly coupled with reaction product-discharge fitting. Around the collector, openings to connect tube cross-flows are uniformly peripherally arranged. Collector incorporates filter made in the form of slit barrel, whose surface is made from triangular-section rods and whose base faces reaction product stream. Slit spacing value represents 30 to 80% of the minimum catalyst value.
EFFECT: reduced investment and operational expenditures, increased specific productivity of catalyst, and reduced catalyst consumption.
