FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: field of invention are apparatuses for carrying out catalytic processes in fixed catalyst bed for use in petrochemical and petroleum processing industries. In radial catalytic reactor, there is an intermediate bottom with central hole installed between closed end of central perforated tube and collector, said intermediate bottom supporting said central perforated tube and perforated grooves. Collector is made as perforated vessel in the form of cylinder or truncated cone mounted on case bottom along axis of reaction products-discharge fitting. Catalyst-discharge fitting is laid in the passage of reaction products-discharge fitting. Its lower end is passed through cap and collector, closed with removable cap, and connected to intermediate bottom in its central hole zone. An annular clearance for discharging catalyst is created between central perforated tube and intermediate bottom. All joint are fulfilled hermetically. Collector is further provided with filter.
EFFECT: reduced capital expenses, including those on upgrade of reactor, and increased reliability of its operation.
