FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: field of invention are apparatuses for carrying out reforming processes in fixed catalyst bed. Radial reactor case incorporates, on catalyst level, dismountable sealed cover constructed from separate profiled plates connected to each other. In space defined by this cover and head of reactor, feedstock initial pressure zone is created. Feed-supply fitting is provided with tubular passage with its lower end entering central perforated tube to form annular space in their coupling zone. Under closed end of central perforated tube, intermediate bottom is tightly mounted, into which are incorporated collector, lower ends of perforated grooves with calibrated delivery washers installed therein, and canals of catalyst-discharge fittings. Connections for plates between each other, with case and central perforated tub as well as those between intermediate bottom with case and perforated grooves are made as quickly dismountable wedge locks.
EFFECT: reduced capital expenditure on reconstruction of radial reactor with central feedstock entry having small diameter of feed-supply fitting.
