FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: layers of materials of aerodynamic skin (4) are laid in upper and lower half-molds (2, 3). After polymerization and withdrawing from half-molds (2, 3) and mechanical treatment, skin (4) is bonded by placing cellular filler (5) inside it; membrane is mounted in parting plane and fairing is mounted on the outside. Shape-forming surface of each half-mold (2, 3) is provided with projection (17). Aerodynamic structure includes aerodynamic skin (4) consisting of two ferrules (6) and cellular filler (5) consisting of two parts bonded through membrane. Bonded joint is closed with fairing.
EFFECT: highly efficient aerodynamic structure; enhanced operational reliability.
