FIELD: oil production, particularly in-situ oil and gas gathering systems.
SUBSTANCE: method involves periodically passing well liquid flow through measuring device at constant pressure drop limits in measuring line, wherein well liquid is preliminarily separated from gas; taking measuring device readings characterizing well production rate. Well production rate is measured relatively time of liquid flow through electromagnetic valve within preset pressure drops and measuring cycle time equal to sum of time of liquid accumulation in separator and time of liquid passage through electromagnetic valve. Device comprises separator with inlet pipe and outlet liquid and gas lines. Float cooperating with gas gate is installed in separator. Electromagnetic valve and differential pressure measuring device are installed between outlet line and manifold. Differential pressure measuring device has outlet connected to dual-threshold comparator. Dual-threshold comparator signal is transmitter to electromagnetic valve and recorder including reference frequency generator, trigger and two AND circuits, two binary counters and digital divider.
EFFECT: decreased measurement time and increased measurement accuracy due to highly-precise differential measuring device and electromagnetic valve usage.
