FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises separating oil products into separation vessels, separating fluid of gas and directing them into fluid and gas lines wherein fluid and gas are measured by appropriate instruments. Fluid and gas are fed in portions at preset pressure differences at metres at the start and finished of portion flow. Proposed device comprises gas separator with discharge branch pipe, pressure and temperature pickups, fluid volume and weight meters connected to computing device. Fluid weight metre represents a pressure difference regulator comprising a casing accommodating regulator assembly. The latter consists of cylinder with inlet hole and outlet calibration hole (nozzle), valve, hole, separating piston, spring and permanent magnet secured on the rod. Cylinder side wall has a hole arranged above separating piston to communicate cylinder top chamber with that of discharge manifold via gap between cylinder and weight metre case. Note here that relation between valve orifice area and calibrated orifice area is selected from FV/FC=3.2-2.2, while relation between valve orifice diametres and separating piston diametres is selected from Dn/DV=1.3-1.2. Note that, with valve closed, piston head end chamber communicates with discharge manifold chamber via calibrated hole.
EFFECT: higher quality of separation, accuracy of measurements, reduced costs.
