SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of tinned first course for space feeding. Method of production of tinned food "Moroccan Harira" is carried out as follows. Lamb meat is diced, fried all over with melted butter and grinded. Onions is diced, browned with melted butter and grinded. Parsley greens are frozen and grinded. Green gram and lentil are cooked to double weight and grinded. All listed components are mixed with lemon juice, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and specified micromycetes biomass CO2-extracts, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, sweet red pepper, black bitter pepper and saffron. Prepared mixture is packed up in aluminium tubas, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
