SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned first-course dishes for space feeding. The preparation of recipe components is performed. Raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and minced, potatoes are cut, blanched and minced, dried apricots are blanched and minced, parsley is frozen and minced, mutton is cut and minced, peas are boiled until twofold increase of weight and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
