FIELD: agricultural engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preparation of liquid food. Proposed unit has heat exchanger in form of tank secured on frame, heat generator-mincer installed on tank and containing accelerator of liquid in form of cyclone with injector and housing which accommodates insert with slots on inner surface and flow expander in form of conical members, pump connected with heat generator mincer by means of pressure pipeline with shutoff device and injector, and with heat exchanger, by means of pressure pipeline, loose product charger installed on input hole of tank and device to let out ready mixture. Insert of heat generator-mincer housing consists of at least three successively connected sections in form of hollow cylinders on inner surface of which ring grooves are made, and slots are arranged at acute angle to longitudinal axis. Sections of insert are connected so that slots of adjacent sections form herringbone joint. Flow expander consists of at least two successively arranged conical members so that their tops are pointed towards flow. Cyclone is provided with flow deflector installed in its blind end face to change angle of tilting. Slots are made in form of straight or cylindrical grooves. Sections of insert are interconnected so that slots of adjacent sections form herringbone joint.

EFFECT: reduced time taken for preparation of food.
