SUBSTANCE: unit can be used for treatment of eventrations, programmed re-laparotomy, prophylaxis of abdominal cavity at suppurative peritonitis, bad condition of seams of laparotomy wound. Compression-distraction unit for correction ends of operation wound has branches. Holders with arm pieces are disposed onto branches for longitudinal movement as well as plates for adjusting position of branches, removable rack-screw drive and needles. Arm pieces are directed to meet each other. Needles are made to be fixed in locks in parallel to branches for movement at horizontal and vertical directions. There are at least 2 locks at any arm piece. Needles are disposed in rows to form pairs. Pairs are capable of attaching at equal or different distances in relation one to others and along depth of wound.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of treatment; widened area of application.
