FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has neighboring modules having rows of needles curved towards the wound. The needles have bend having the property that curve radius and length increase from the first row being the most close to the wound, to the last one. Needle length in the last row corresponds to fat layer thickness. Every module has base plane having rows of stationary fixed needles or base planes rigidly connected to each other with their mobility retained in vertical plane and having needles of various length. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of wound treatment in cases of purulent complications and inconsistency of earlier put-in stitches. 2 cl, 9 dwg
