FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary surgery and is intended for bringing wound edges together. Device contains pins, made in form of curved surgical needles, installed on branches made in form of plates and are fixed to each other with rods and drives of rod-screw drives. Drives contain seats of cylindrical shape. Transverse bar is installed between each pair of drives in seats of cylindrical shape with possibility of its rotation with respect to seats. Each pair of drives with installed in it transverse bar is rigidly fixed on support plate provided with oval hole. Each transverse bar is made in form of two parallel collars connected on bar ends with space between collars. Two branches, located in space between collars, are fixed in fan-like manner on support axis, which is installed in middle part of transverse bar in space between collars. Collars have possibility of fastening on detachable turner, which is made with function of grip in form of spring-loaded posts, each of which contains short axis with pusher lever provided with rings on its internal surface, with projection being made on external surface of post, facing detachable axis. Pins with sector of circle arc, which has centre, coinciding with support axis are installed on branches. Guides are made on free ends of branches with possibility of their contact with pusher levers. Each pair of drives is provided with facing each other hollows. In hollows it is possible to install detachable axis, provided with extender, on whose free end placed is probe with limiter with concave edge, which has possibility of contact with projection on external surface of spring-loaded post being installed in place of connection of extender and detachable axis. Not fewer than two hollows and two seats of cylindrical shape are made on each drive of rod-screw drive. Each seat adjoins support plate with one side and is connected with groove with opposite side. Movement of transverse bar ends is possible in hollows. Collars of transverse bar in sections between pins are provided with bottom, which connects collars from the side of oval hole of support plate. Scale is made near each groove on drive side opposite from support plate location. Matched with drive scale marks are applied on ends of transverse bar. Prominent corrugations are made on opposite from bottom location sides of transverse bar collars in the area of location of branch ends. Milled angular grooves in form of transverse and longitudinal parts are made in drives at equal distance between hollows. Axial rod has possibility of travel with its ends in longitudinal and transverse parts of milled angular grooves. Straps are installed on axial rod. Locking hole on free end of each strap is detachably connected with spring-loaded stopper, installed on each drive. Each strap is pressed with its concave corrugation to respective prominent corrugation on collars of transverse bar.
EFFECT: increased reliability of device, connected with providing possibility of replacement of earlier installed pins into new ones, as well as introduction of additional pins into tissues to controlled depth after bringing wound edges together by means of device.
