FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: inhaler has tubular member coupled to chamber. At one of its ends tubular member is provided with the first hole through which air may be sucked. Provision is made in the chamber for at least one air inlet passage. When air is sucked through the first hole, air supplied to chamber through passage is swirled, and it moves in the direction of the first hole. The only limiter is used between the first hole and passage to maintain or intensity swirling effect. Powder-like substance located inside chamber is caught by swirled air inside chamber and is divided into small particles uniformly due to air swirling effect which may be intensified by introduction of moving element, such as a ball, into chamber and/or by installation of central core inside chamber.
