SUBSTANCE: method comprises filling the gas mixture in a tank, causing the mixture to flow under a high pressure from the tank to the diaphragm, and separating the high-pressure flow into the high-pressure flow from one side of the semi-permeable diaphragm and low-pressure flow from the other side of diaphragm. The high-pressure flow is enriched by difficulty penetrating components, and the low-pressure flow is enriched by easy penetrating components. Downstream of the diaphragm no more than 15% of the gas mixture flowing from the tank is extracted, and the low-pressure flow is compressed and returned to the tank where it mixes with the initial mixture.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
