FIELD: equipment for manufacturing articles of composite materials by wet winding, possibly in different branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mandrel mounted in housing, carriage supporting bobbin holder, bracket with head of thread spreader, impregnation bath, tension mechanism and wound belt tension meter. Tension mechanism is in the form of two mutually coupled segments having cylindrical working surfaces and it is mounted after impregnation bath. Tension meter is mounted on head of thread spreader, it is movably joined to it and it is made in the form of two movably joined one to other brackets between which strain gage is arranged. Temperature pickup and heating member are mounted on impregnation bath. Behind impregnation bath squeezing out device, tension mechanism and pickup for measuring binder content in belt are mounted.
EFFECT: possibility for controlling parameters of belt winding.
