FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for the manufacture of products from composite materials by wet winding. The device contains a mandrel mounted on the frame, a carriage with a creel mounted on it, a tension meter of the wound tape, a tension mechanism, a binder tank equipped with a temperature sensor, a heating element and a binder level sensor. The impregnation bath is installed above the binder tank and is made with the possibility of feeding the binder from above to the thread from the tank by means of a booster pump through the feeding tube, squeezing the binder from the thread with a squeezing device and draining the excess back into the tank. The tension mechanism is made in the form of two cylindrical rollers, the upper of which is equipped with an electric drive, and a tension roller controlled by a servo. The mandrel angular velocity meter is made in the form of an encoder, a disk with slots of which is mounted on the mandrel shaft.

EFFECT: reduction in the number of contact points of the treated thread with guides and tensioning devices, an increase in the degree of impregnation of the thread.
