SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emergency elevator having a purifying function, made with the possibility to prevent smoke, harmful gases and flame from entering an elevator cabin, when a fire occurs in a building, which can provide people on a floor, where the fire occurred and on the upper floors with the possibility of quick and safe evacuation through the elevator. The emergency elevator contains a door frame mounted on the upper, left and right sides of an elevator platform entrance, an elevator cabin made with the possibility to move in a vertical position along an elevator shaft and having a pair of elevator doors, a pair of platform doors mounted in the door frame, a lower frame mounted on the lower side of the elevator platform entrance and made with the possibility to support platform doors with sliding, an upper door edge mounted on the upper side of platform doors, a side door edge mounted vertically on the side end of platform doors. The elevator also contains an oxygen supply device made with the possibility of supplying oxygen to a patient in the elevator cabin, an emergency ventilation device made with the possibility of supplying purified air inside the elevator cabin, and a filtering device located in an air outlet channel to remove harmful substances entering the elevator cabin.

EFFECT: invention provides safe evacuation of elevator passengers by effectively blocking the penetration of smoke, toxic gases and flame inside the elevator in the event of a fire.
