SUBSTANCE: the device has series-connected load current sensor and an electronic switch connected to the load unit, R-S flip-flop, OR gate and an overcurrent protection unit, the "on" input of the R-S flip-flop is connected to the "on" input of the voltage switch, the "off" input of the flip-flop is connected to the "off" input voltage switch, the output of the load current sensor is connected to the input of the overcurrent protection unit, the output of the overcurrent protection unit is connected to the first input of the OR gate, whose second input is connected to the "off" input of the voltage switch, provision is made for a D-flip-flop, whose data input is connected to the output of the voltage source corresponding to the voltage of the logic unity, its synchronizing input is connected to the output of the R-S flip-flop, the "off" input - to the output of the OR gate, and he output - to the control input of the electronic switch.
EFFECT: enhanced functional reliability due to prevention of a repeated switching after the actuation of the overcurrent protection unit.
