SUBSTANCE: the innovation in question deals with cutting and combined roasting mutton and brown onions in grease; cutting and freezing kidney beans and coriander, parsley and basil greens; cutting and blanching garlic; frying wheat flour in grease. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free technique with tomato paste, common salt and hot black pepper. The mixture obtained and bone broth should be mixed, sealed and sterilized. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
