FIELD: production technology of food products.
SUBSTANCE: preparation method of cans for space feeding is cutting, mixed frying in the melted butter and shredding of mutton and onion, freezing and shredding of runner beans and cilantro, parsley and basilica, blanching and shredding of garlic, sauting in melted butter of wheat flour. Then the listed components are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, and salt and CO2- biomass extractors of specified micromitset, black pepper. The prepared mixture is packed in alumina tubes, canned and sterilized.
EFFECT: cans have improved assimilability.
