SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing meat-plant canned food. The suggested canned food should be manufactured due to preparing all the recipe components due to cutting followed by combined frying in melted butter and reducing beef, pork, mutton and brown onions upon a chopper; freezing (preferably, slowly) and reducing kidney beans and parsley greens upon a chopper and mixing the above-mentioned components with bone broth, wheat flour, common salt and a CO2-extract of hot black pepper followed by packing the obtained mixture into aluminum tubes to be then sealed and sterilized. The canned food is of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
