SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding in grinder sea breams fillet; cutting; slightly frying in melted butter and grinding in grinder bulb onion; blanching and grinding in grinder carrot and beet; cutting, freezing and grinding in grinder dill greens; slightly frying wheat flour in melted butter; mixing said components with sour cream, fish soup, citrus juice, edible salt and CO2-extract of biomass of predetermined kind of micromycet, bitter black pepper, allspice, and laurel leaf; prepackaging resultant mixture in aluminum tubes; pressurizing and sterilizing.

EFFECT: wider range of novel canned food for cosmic diet and improved digestibility.
